Patrick Lowther is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial Litigation Practice.  Mr. Lowther has extensive experience in a wide range of general commercial disputes pending throughout the United States in state and federal court.  He also has experience in various bankruptcy matters and alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Lowther enjoys representing pro bono clients in a broad range of civil and criminal matters.

Recent Experience

• Assisted in the defense of the world’s largest home improvement retailer in connection with multidistrict products liability litigation involving over fifty federal cases nationwide filed by over 200 plaintiffs alleging respiratory related injuries from their alleged exposure to an aerosolized grout sealer.
• Assisted in the defense of real estate development and hospitality management company in connection with over 70 lawsuits, including multiple putative class actions and multi-party suits, filed in state and federal court in numerous states alleging fraudulent conduct, including violations of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, in connection with real estate transactions.
• Obtained preliminary injunctive relief on behalf of one of the largest fruit and vegetable distributors in the country in connection with client’s efforts to recover several hundred thousand dollars pursuant to the federal Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.
