Joseph R. Ross is a partner in the Healthcare and Real Estate Development and Finance Practices. Mr. Ross is the former senior vice president and general counsel of Memorial Health University Medical Center, Inc. During his tenure there Mr. Ross developed the legal department, managed the Memorial Health Risk program and managed the Facilities Department, the Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit Departments.

Mr. Ross’s commercial real estate experience includes a transactional practice for a variety of clients, developers, foreign businesses, corporations, industrial revenue bond financed transactions and low income housing developments.
