Andy Williams is a partner in the Real Estate Development and Finance and Real Estate Capital Markets Practices. Mr. Williams’ practice is devoted primarily to the representation of developers, investors and users of commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, development and financing of office, retail, multifamily and industrial projects and the formation of joint ventures for such projects. Mr. Williams also has broad experience representing tenants and landlords in connection with office, industrial and retail leases.
