The North Carolina Lawyers magazine recently recognized MMM’s Lili Martin-Mashburn among the attorneys named to partnerships this year.
Martin-Mashburn was elected partner effective January 1, 2024, and is in the firm’s Fund Formation, Partnership and Investment Funds, Opportunity Zones (OZ), Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), and Tax practices.
