MMM Represents Envase in Acquisition of GeoStamp

05.25.2022

Atlanta (May 25, 2022) - Morris, Manning & Martin advised Envase Technologies, a software platform for the intermodal supply chain, in its acquisition of GeoStamp – an innovative developer of drayage-focused software. Envase provides mission-critical, cloud-based transportation management system (TMS) enterprise software and mobile applications to the supply chain, with a core focus on the drayage trucking niche. GeoStamp’s software complements Envase's TMS platform by providing GPS tracking for trucks at all points between the port and the customer.

The dray industry is looking for ways to achieve more, perform better and act faster. One of the keys to this objective is to give carriers and shippers visibility into driver/asset performance. The union of Envase and GeoStamp is expected to bring value to the drayage space by tracking trucks at ports and providing detailed analytics to help shippers, carriers and port operators improve.

Envase is headquartered in Dover, New Hampshire. GeoStamp is based in Huntington Beach, California. The financial terms of the transaction, which Envase announced May 25, 2022, were not disclosed.

Alex Scharyj led the MMM team with help from Ballard Yelton, Andy Klemm and Matt Wochok in Atlanta.
