MMM Represents SORL Auto Parts in $80 Million Securities Offering

Atlanta based-law firm Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP is representing SORL Auto Parts, Inc. (Nasdaq: SORL) in a public offering of securities. SORL has filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to offer up to $80 million in securities, which may consist of common stock, preferred stock, warrants, debt securities or units composed of any of the foregoing. SORL, the largest commercial vehicle air brake system manufacturer in China, is based in Ruian City in Zhejiang Province.

Morris, Manning & Martin, which recently opened representative offices in Beijing and Taipei, represents numerous Chinese companies.
