Tyler Wolf is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. Mr. Wolf’s practice focuses on representing lending institutions in a variety of finance transactions including agented credit facilities, acquisition financings and note offerings. His experience spans many industries, including convenience and gas, franchise, healthcare and hospitality.

Mr. Wolf graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in European History and from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2008, where he was a member of the Washington and Lee Law Review.

Representative Experience

  • Represented administrative agent in connection with a $58.4 million term loan and development facility to the franchisee of 162 quick service restaurant locations throughout the county to refinance existing indebtedness and to fund the acquisition of an additional 22 restaurants.
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $159 million term loan, revolving and development facilities secured by 162 quick service dining restaurants throughout the southeast.
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $25 million term loan and development facilities secured by 56 quick service restaurants in the southwest.
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $20 million secured revolving credit facility for owner and operator of a series of psychiatric hospitals.
  • Represented an administrative agent in connection with a $350 million term loan and revolving credit facility to a company specializing in the management of prescription drug benefits.
  • Represented an administrative agent in connection with a $100 million secured term loan and revolving credit facility to a leading medical transcription company.
  • Represented an administrative agent in connection with a $35 million secured term loan and revolving credit facility to a medical supply company.
  • Represented national lender in connection with $56 million senior secured term loan and purchase of $10 million of senior subordinated notes to finance the acquisition of a series of short line railroads.
  • Represented national lender in connection with $85 million secured unitranche term loan to finance acquisition of multinational textile company by private equity sponsor.
  • Represented national lender in connection with purchase of $200 million of senior secured notes of leading construction aggregates manufacturer.
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $70 million secured term loan and revolving credit facilities for national tanning salon chain.
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $57 million secured term loan and revolving credit facilities for owner of regional broadcast radio stations.
