Ms. Adyanthaya previously served as an Associate General Counsel for Healthcare at Emory University where she advised hospitals, hospital committees, and individual providers on compliance with legal and ethical obligations. She is a 2012 Woodruff Leadership Academy Fellow. Ms. Adyanthaya also has a masters’ degree in Bioethics and has participated in and advised on the intersection of law and medical ethics in complex medical scenarios. She is a registered neutral with the Supreme Court of Georgia and has specialized training in bioethics mediation.
Ms. Adyanthaya also founded her own healthcare ethics consulting and mediation firm, TLA Healthcare Ethics Consulting and Mediation LLC, where she provides advance care-planning advice, clinical ethics consultation, and mediation to healthcare providers, patients and families.
