Sarah Moy is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters. Sarah works with clients across many industries, including SaaS, industrial technology, and healthcare.
Prior to joining MMM, Sarah practiced at a global law firm out of their Atlanta office. She received her JD from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and received the Michael P. Gullett Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Editing. She received her bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
