Peter K. Park is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, where he focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate leasing, commercial and residential landlord-tenant representation, asset and property management matters, and litigation. He has proven himself to be an effective and strategic counselor to a broad range of clientele in both real estate and business-related matters. Peter’s experience includes: representing commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, drafting, and enforcement; representing national private equity firms and institutional landlords in all phases of the dispossessory process, including landlord representation in bankruptcy cases and appeals; serving as outside counsel on brokerage regulatory compliance matters for leading online real estate companies; and representing businesses, property owners, and individuals in litigation and dispute resolution. As part of his transactional practice, Peter negotiates and drafts a wide range of business agreements, governance documents, and dispute resolution agreements.
Peter has also successfully represented various national banking institutions and secured creditors in commercial loan default matters, creditor’s rights litigation, loan workouts, foreclosure proceedings, and post-judgment collection.
Peter earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, he distinguished himself as a member of the award-winning Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team, President of the Asian Law Students Association, and a member of Phi Delta Phi. Peter received his B.A. in History from the University of Georgia in 1998.
