Peter K. Park is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate leasing, commercial and residential landlord/tenant representation, residential real estate matters, and general litigation. He has proven himself to be an effective and strategic counselor to a broad range of clientele in both real estate and business-related matters. Peter’s experience includes: representing commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, drafting, enforcement, and terminations; representing multinational private equity firms and REITs, regional investors, local landlords, and property management companies in all phases of the dispossessory process from case initiation to appeals; and representing a variety of lenders, businesses, property owners, and individuals in litigation and dispute resolution. As part of his transactional practice, Peter negotiates and drafts a wide range of business agreements, including partnership agreements, operating agreements, corporate bylaws, forbearance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, contractor agreements, and settlement and release agreements.

Peter has also successfully represented various national banking institutions and secured creditors in commercial loan default matters, creditor’s rights litigation, loan workouts, foreclosure proceedings, and post-judgment collection.

Peter earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, he distinguished himself as a member of the award-winning Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team, President of the Asian Law Students Association, and a member of Phi Delta Phi. Peter received his B.A. in History from the University of Georgia in 1998. He is also an alumnus of Oxford College of Emory University where he majored in Biology from 1994 to 1996.
