As a Technical Advisor in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, Nick Wigginton’s primary focus is drafting patent language and intellectual property strategies for clients in medical devices, life science, financial and other industries. Nick works closely with the IP attorneys within the group preparing materials for use in connections with proceedings, technical matters, along with conducting patentability and freedom to operate analyses.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University. During his time at Vanderbilt, he was involved in the development of light-based medical technologies, diffusion tensor imaging software, and assistive devices for persons with mobility needs.
