- About MMM
Lori Bibb is of counsel in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Groups. Ms. Bibb concentrates her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, complex business transactions and securities offerings.
With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Bibb also advises clients on corporate governance matters, as well as periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and compliance with NYSE and NASDAQ listing requirements. Prior to joining MMM, Ms. Bibb served as senior corporate and securities counsel to a NYSE-listed company, was Senior Counsel at an AmLaw 100 firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable John F. Nangle in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
Ms. Bibb graduated with a B.S. from Vanderbilt University in 1995. In 2000, she earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she served as Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review.
Ms. Bibb is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Capital Forum and chairs its Speakers and Program Committee, a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth where she is a committee member of the Women’s Forum and serves on the selection committee for the Georgia Fast 40 Awards, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Atlanta. She is also active in her church and serves in various leadership positions at her children’s schools.
Ms. Bibb is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.
