Lindsey Vance focuses her practice on the representation of clients engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. She is experienced in all phases of commercial real estate transactions across multiple assets classes and joint ventures. Lindsey has successfully represented both purchasers and sellers in various complex acquisition and disposition transactions, including commercial, mixed-use, and residential buildings.
