Laura Perez represents and advises clients in connection with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions over the past 15 years. Laura focuses on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial office, retail, warehouse, and industrial properties. Laura has extensive experience in Landlord-Tenant negotiation.
Prior to joining MMM, Laura worked at a boutique real estate firm where she counseled landlords and tenants in leasing transactions for office, hotel, and industrial properties. Laura has successfully negotiated and closed leases for some of the largest office spaces in the Southeast, including the fifth-largest office lease in Atlanta in 2021. Additionally, Laura previously served as In-House Counsel for Hibbett Sports, where she managed commercial real estate, technology transactions, litigation, and general corporate matters for the company. She received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and her law degree from Samford University.
