Kara E. Adler is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance Practice. Ms. Adler focuses her practice on the representation of clients engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. She is also experienced with creditors' rights and bankruptcy issues, representing creditors in state and federal court.
Ms. Adler graduated from Emory University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of Emory International Law Review, and received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Legal Professionalism & Ethics. Before attending law school, Ms. Adler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude. Her experience includes working as an appellate and trial support case clerk for Carlton Fields, P.A., serving as a law clerk for Woodbury & Santiago, P.A., as well as most recently working as a summer associate at Broad and Cassel.
