Jennifer Lee focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, and insurance regulation. Jennifer advises clients on various aspects of corporate transactional matters, including letters of intent and purchase agreements. She also coordinates and manages regulatory research and interfaces with clients on projects related to M&A and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, Jennifer worked as an in-house law clerk at SCOR Global Life Americas Reinsurance Company where she was exposed to various subject matter including capital management, financial solutions, compliance and regulations, treaties, international businesses, inforce management, risk management, and employment law. Jennifer also participated in a Student Honors Program in the Division of Enforcement for the Securities and Exchange Commission where she examined company filings for compliance with federal securities laws, specifically the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
