Jason T. Cummings is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Practices. His practice focuses primarily on representing public and private companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies and family owned enterprises, in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, venture capital, strategic investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and general corporate law. Mr. Cummings’ practice covers a wide variety of industries, with extensive experience representing clients in the information technology and payments industries, as wells as business services companies, healthcare IT companies and traditional manufacturing and sales and distribution organizations.
