Janelle Julyan is a commercial real estate finance and transactional Paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice. She has over seven years experience assisting lawyers and clients with commercial real estate and franchise restaurant finance transactions.  Ms. Julyan specializes in large multi-property finance transactions, collection and review of due diligence and working closely with borrowers and lenders to ensure all lender requirements are met prior to closing.  Ms. Julyan is also well versed in CMBS lending practices.
