Bryan is a registered patent attorney and has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications, and managing intellectual property portfolios both domestic and internationally. Bryan regularly counsels clients on strategic intellectual property litigation matters, both offensively and defensively.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Bryan was a managing editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and a member of the IP Society. Bryan has also obtained an International Intellectual Property certificate from the Franklin Pierce Law Center.
