- About MMM
Anna Twardy’s practice focuses on federal tax credits, including low-income housing tax credits, opportunity zone funds, new market tax credits, historic tax credits, and energy tax credits. She also focuses on federal income tax issues related to corporate transactions for the Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity practice groups, including structuring considerations.
She uses her accounting and tax background to help clients with a variety of tax issues, including research and analysis of federal, state, and international tax issues and preparation of tax-related documents for corporate, finance and real estate transactions.
Anna received her law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2014, where she served as Managing Editor of the Alabama Law Review. After completing an Accounting degree at Auburn University in 2010, she earned a Master in Professional Accounting degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011, concentrating on tax.
