The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently issued a final rule that changes many regulations pertaining to small business set-aside contracting – including the merger of the 8(a) Business Development Mentor-Protégé Program and the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program.
With many issues addressed in the rule, we expect the rule to have wide-ranging implications for small business contractors. Recently MMM’s Michelle Litteken and GovContractPros' Aditi Dussault conducted a webinar on SBA’s final rule and how it will impact government contractors in a number of areas, including:
- Joint Ventures
- 8(a) Business Development Program
- Procurements Involving Multiple Award Contracts
- Small Business Eligibility
