Three MMM Attorneys on Technology Executives Roundtable Program; “What Every Technology Company Needs to Know” is To

The Technology Executives Roundtable’s 2009 Accounting, Tax and Legal Update features three partners from Morris, Manning & Martin on the program.

Grant Collingsworth will moderate the discussion, titled “What Every Technology Company Needs to Know.” Partners Bruce Wynn and Terresa Tarpley will serve on the panel, which will cover recent legal developments, as well as accounting and tax changes that impact tech companies.

The discussion will cover topics including:

  • The impact of the economic downturn on legal and accounting issues
  • Recent legal developments, trends and changes
  • The new legal/accounting trends in M&A
  • New legal and tax issues in executive compensation

Wayne Reid and Seth McDaniel of accounting firm Frazier & Deeter, LLC will also serve on the panel.

The event will be held Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. at the City Club of Buckhead, on the 18th floor of the Atlanta Financial Center. The event is a joint meeting for the group’s CEO & CFO members and their invited guests. Networking begins at 7:00 a.m., followed by breakfast, with the program at 8:00. The fee for non-members is $50.
