Atlanta (April 2016) – EB5 Magazine recognized Jennifer Mercier Moseley of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP as a top attorney in the EB-5 industry. She is one of only 15 corporate and securities attorneys chosen nationwide from hundreds of nominees, and will be featured in the Top 25 Attorneys issue of EB5 Magazine set to publish in May.
The attorneys selected for this honor were chosen through a combination of community member votes, input from the editorial board and analysis from the in-house team at EB5 Magazine. Candidates were evaluated based on their experience in the EB-5 industry, their track record, and reputation within the field.
Moseley counsels start-up and emerging growth companies with respect to capital formation, financing strategies and general corporate governance. She regularly represents EB-5 regional centers with their formation, structure and securities offering matters, as well as companies seeking capital in connection with the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program under U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) rules and regulations. The EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program, also known as the Immigrant Investor Program, was created by Congress to stimulate the economy through job creation and capital investment. Moseley also works with public and private companies in stock and asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance issues.
