MMM Welcomes Joseph Berklund, New Associate in Corporate Technology Group

Atlanta (June 28, 2017) - Joseph Berklund has joined Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP as an Associate in the Corporate Technology Group.

Berklund recently obtained an LL.M. in Law & Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law, where he obtained intensive training in venture capital, private equity, and other legal and business issues affecting growth companies. While at Duke, Berklund worked with the Duke Angel Network sourcing, screening, and conducting diligence on venture capital investments in Duke-affiliated companies, on behalf of Duke-affiliated investors.

Before joining MMM, Berklund specialized in complex business litigation in Miami, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stetson University, his JD degree from University of Wisconsin Law School and LLM from Duke University.
