Atlanta, GA (September 2011) – Morris, Manning & Martin law firm has hired Michelle Valente Lee as Managing Attorney of the Gwinnett Office. She will be responsible for running the residential real estate office in Metro Atlanta’s Gwinnett County suburbs.
“The opportunity was a perfect fit for me, both in terms of my law practice, and in managing and marketing a busy office,” Lee says. “It’s great to join such an excellent firm with such a strong real estate platform.”
Valente Lee is also Of Counsel in the firm’s Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Restructuring practices. Her clients include lenders, buyers, and sellers in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. Her experience includes a high volume of purchase and refinance closings, deed-in-lieu transactions and REO sales for large financial institutions. Before joining the firm she was in private practice with Valente & Associates, LLC, which she founded.
Her first day was August 23.
