Atlanta (May 2, 2018) – Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has appointed partner Ed Emerson as Chair of the firm’s Employment and Benefits Practice group. In addition, the firm welcomes four new attorneys to the group.
Emerson counsels clients, including tax-exempt organizations and governmental entities, with respect to employee benefits, retirement plans, and executive compensation. He also speaks regularly on employee benefits and fiduciary issues for various employer and professional groups. He has been a partner at the firm since 2013.

Under Emerson’s leadership, the Employment and Benefits group has recently added four new attorneys:

- Abby Larimer, Associate
Caiafa, Stone and Larimer represent clients on a broad range of employment matters and Gorman specializes in employee benefits and executive compensation.

Caiafa returns to MMM from Carlton Fields. Stone and Gorman were previously with King & Spalding. Larimer comes from Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon LLP.
