Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has an opening for a junior to mid-level corporate tax associate to join its Corporate Tax Practice Group.  The position will primarily involve application of broad-based complex tax principles with respect to transactional matters, including matters involving domestic and cross-border taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.   Strong academic, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.  An LL.M. in taxation or substantial experience in broad-based transactional tax matters is required.
