The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials and writing skills, and have 6+ years of experience with fund formation transactions in the real estate, private equity, and/or venture capital industries. Candidates should also have experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, partnership agreements,operating agreements, and other ancillary documentation related to the representation of fund managers, sponsors, and investors. Tax background is preferred, although not required. Large law firm experience or relevant in-house experience is strongly preferred.
