Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP is now accepting resumes for a full-time associate with real estate fund formation and joint venture experience to join either our Atlanta, DC or Raleigh office. The candidate should have between 3-6 years of experience, and will principally work on real estate investment funds and joint ventures, including drafting and negotiating partnership and LLC agreements, joint venture agreements, and other ancillary agreements documenting equity investments in real estate. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of the core principles of partnership tax and/or experience with federal securities laws. Large law firm experience or relevant in-house experience is strongly preferred, and the applicant must possess superior academic credentials.
