The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials and writing skills, and have 4+ years of experience with real estate fund formation matters as well as documenting equity investments in real estate transactions, particularly including the drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements, partnership agreements and operating agreements. Tax background is preferred. Large law firm experience or relevant in-house experience is strongly preferred.
