Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has an opportunity for an associate or counsel with at least two years of experience to join the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in the Atlanta or Washington D.C. office. Our practice helps clients of all types (ranging from start-up, middle-market, and Fortune 1000 companies to governmental entities and tax-exempt organizations) to address the full gamut of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. The candidates must have broad-based employee benefits experience, including experience with executive compensation, equity compensation, and benefits-related merger and acquisition issues. The candidate must possess superior academic credentials.
