Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has an opportunity for an associate or counsel with at least two years of experience to join the firm’s expanding Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in the Atlanta office. Our practice helps clients of all types (ranging from start-up, middle-market, and Fortune 1000 companies to governmental entities and tax-exempt organizations) to address the full gamut of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. The candidates must have experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, equity compensation, fiduciary issues, and benefits-related merger and acquisition issues. The candidate must possess superior academic credentials.
