John MacNaughton has been selected to appear on a panel of class action and multidistrict litigation (MDL) practitioners and federal judges from around the U.S. in connection with the Duke Law Center's MDL Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference, focusing on Best MDL Practices, is sponsored by the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies and the Federal Judicial Center. The invitation-only conference will include federal judges and attorneys from across the country experienced in MDL practice.
