There have been some major new developments this year in Washington that are having a significant impact on companies in the patent area. Some of these developments are positive - especially for companies on the receiving end of a patent lawsuit or threat of a patent lawsuit. On the other hand, a number of these developments are negative - making it more difficult and expensive for entrepreneurs, small businesses, universities, and even large companies to patent their important technology.
Please join us to learn more about how these new developments will affect you and your business. Breakfast will be held at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, in the Board Room, located on the 18th floor of the Atlanta Financial Center.
