• Representation of national and regional financial institutions in syndicated restaurant finance transactions, including in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, and Opco/Proco structures.
• Representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and non-sponsored borrowers in connection with domestic and international acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancings.
• Representation of agent banks in connection with workouts, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings.
• Representation of national and regional financial institutions in connection with syndicated loans secured by the operations and real property of convenience store and gas station operators.
• Representation of lenders in connection with asset based loans, mezzanine financings, first-lien, second-lien structures, and real estate loan transactions.
