Shivani Patel supports attorneys in all areas of U.S. trade law including antidumping and countervailing duty cases and other trade remedy proceedings and related matters. Shivani conducts research in support of trade policy and monitors trade remedy litigation, sharing her findings with senior firm leadership.

Prior to joining the firm, Shivani worked as a congressional intern, responsible for legislative research, attending hearings, and managing constituent correspondence. She also worked as a foreign service intern for USAID, researching how racial and ethnic justice intersects globally with conflict and humanitarian assistance. Shivani is fluent in Gujarati
