Madeline Morgan is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. Ms. Morgan’s practice focuses on SBA guaranteed loans and small business lending, real estate lending, and restaurant finance. She regularly represents lenders and borrowers in connection with all types of secured and unsecured loan transactions.
Ms. Morgan graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Legal Studies Certificate. She then received her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016, where she served as an associate editor for the Georgia State Law Review.
