Kevin Langley is a results-driven and business-oriented transactional attorney who views clients as business partners and enjoys helping his business partners achieve their goals. As a member of the firm’s Corporate Technology practice group, Kevin represents clients globally on either side of complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance, venture capital, strategic investments, emerging company issues, fund formations, commercial contracts, and general corporate lifecycle events.
Kevin also leverages his prior experience in house and the firm’s deep, full-service bench of talented attorneys to routinely serve as outside general counsel and trusted advisor to corporations and entrepreneurs facing day-to-day business and legal challenges across the technology, real estate, hospitality, energy, media, retail, and healthcare sectors.
