Kelley Ibuki focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with particular experience in issues related to leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence. Kelley teams with her clients and colleagues, providing top level services in all aspects of a transaction. Kelley finds innovative ways to assist her clients refine the process and procedures that regulate their transactional work. This allows for more automated, efficient transactions that often result in significant cost-savings for the client.
Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, Kelley worked as both an attorney and in-house counsel at multiple firms in and around the Southeast. Her combination of in-house and law firm experience helps her approach legal issues from the client perspective.
