John Taylor focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters.

John received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review and was an Executive Team member of the Business Law Society. During law school, John worked as a legal extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a student practioner at the School of Law’s Business Law Clinic, and a judicial intern to the Honorable Charles J. Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Before attending law school, John obtained his Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Georgia and practiced as a certified public accountant (CPA) in KPMG’s advisory and audit practices.
