John Goodridge assists clients with all aspects of commercial real estate, managing transactions in the healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use space. Working closely with his team, he concentrates on the acquisition and disposition, development, leasing, and financing of real estate. John also has experience representing bank and non-bank lenders in real estate and commercial lending and representing creditors and trustees on workouts and bankruptcy cases.  

Prior to joining MMM, John was a real estate associate at a mid-Atlantic region firm and a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.  Additionally, John worked as a law clerk for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. Prior to attending law school, John worked as an associate accountant after graduating with a degree in finance.
