Jennifer Feld is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance transactions, venture capital, strategic investments, and general corporate matters. She advises clients in all aspects of the deal process including structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions, as well as assisting clients with their day-to-day corporate legal needs. 

Prior to joining MMM, Jennifer practiced at Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C. and Greenberg Traurig, LLP where she gained transactional experience in a broad range of industries including technology, agribusiness, manufacturing, consumer products, and healthcare.
