Connor Bills is an associate in the firm’s Tax and Corporate practices, where he focuses on tax advisory across a broad range of transactional matters.

Connor has significant experience working for private equity clients as well as both public and private strategies clients. His work has focused primarily on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint venture, and private transactions, including mergers, auction bid processes, leveraged buyouts and carve-outs.
