Charles focuses his practice on all aspects of business entities and commercial real estate, representing real estate investment funds, institutional landlords, tenants, developers and property managers in the formation, acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and management of retail, multi-family, office, commercial, and industrial projects. Additionally, Charles focuses on advising startups as they launch and scale. Prior to joining MMM, Charles worked as an associate in HunterMaclean’s Savannah office.

Charles received MMM's 2022 Wells-Graham Award for Outstanding Service, given to one attorney or staff member each year who goes above and beyond in their dedication to serving the community.
