Bradley Spinner is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters.
Bradley received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as a Symposium Editor and Editorial Board Member for the Georgia Law Review. During law school, Bradley was a 2x national quarterfinalist as a competitor on UGA’s Moot Court team, for which he also coached. Bradley also worked as a corporate counsel extern at Secureworks, a UGA Law Judicial Clerkship Fellow, and as a Dean’s Ambassador.
Before attending law school, Bradley obtained his Bachelors degree in Marketing from Georgia College, where he played college baseball and served as a senator on student government.
