Alexandra Landgraf is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice, focusing on M&A, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Landgraf has experience advising public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate restructurings, and other complex and strategic transactions of all sizes. Prior to joining MMM, Alex practiced at a large law firm in Atlanta. She received her JD from Emory University where she was involved in the Emory Law Journal, and her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
