Rodney Lumpkins is a Litigation Paralegal in the firm’s Employment Practice. He has over 19 years of legal experience with an emphasis on employment, labor and class action matters and has assisted attorneys on numerous complex litigation matters, employment disputes and breach of contract claims.

Mr. Lumpkins began his legal career in the Judge Advocate’s General School and was a military paralegal in Europe and Hawaii. After the JAG Corp., he stayed in Hawaii and began working with the state’s largest employment firm, before coming to Atlanta in 1997. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lumpkins gained further experience as an in-house paralegal for a major staffing company and has also worked for a large Atlanta firm as the senior employment paralegal.
