Roberta McCunney is a Paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice.  Ms. McCunney has over seven years experience as a real estate paralegal.  She also has experience handling acquisition and development closings, construction loans, and residential real estate matters. 

Ms. McCunney focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance transactions and multi-property real transactions, and spends a significant amount of time collecting and reviewing due diligence, working closely with borrowers and lenders to ensure all lender requirements are met prior to closing.
