Penny Farr is a paralegal in the firm’s Tax and Wealth Planning practices. She has over 24 years of paralegal experience. Ms. Farr assists with estate planning documents, manages the safe storage of  vault records and assists our clients with estate administration.  

Ms. Farr has experience in all aspects of the estate administration process.  Beginning with the initial interview with the executor, Ms. Farr prepares all the probate forms, accompanies the executor to probate court, inventories the assets and liabilities, manages the assets (including multiple rental real estate properties), distributes the assets, prepares draft estate tax returns, and ensures that all tax and county requirements are in compliance.  She is respectful of the grieving family members and is sensitive to being time-efficient to protect the assets of the ultimate beneficiaries.

Ms. Farr also works with the firm’s Corporate Practice by forming, qualifying, managing, and tracking multiple entities for two of the firm’s largest real estate clients, The Ginn Companies, LLC and Lubert-Adler Group.
