Michael Shin is a Senior Paralegal in the Litigation Group. He has over 10 years of experience in supporting attorneys in all aspects of intellectual property enforcement and defense, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, advertising, and antitrust and competition, with experiences in the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Shin has also assisted attorneys in matters before the United States International Trade Commission section 337 investigations.

Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin LLP, Mr. Shin worked for Latham & Watkins LLP and Dorsey & Whitney LLP assisting attorneys in the intellectual property litigation and securities litigations groups, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in managing document intensive cases using multiple platforms of document management systems.
